1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SpendSight platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between your organization and SpendSight regarding your use of our procurement intelligence services.
2. Platform Usage
SpendSight grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access our platform for internal business purposes. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- The accuracy of all data uploaded (Invoices, PRs, Contracts).
- Ensuring all users added to the platform are authorized by your organization.
3. Data Usage & Benchmarking
To provide our core Market Benchmarking intelligence, SpendSight aggregates anonymized transaction data. **Individual company identity and specific vendor names are never exposed** in these benchmarks. By using the service, you consent to the inclusion of your anonymized data in our global intelligence index.
4. Limitations of Liability
SpendSight provides procurement recommendations based on market data. We do not guarantee specific savings amounts, and final procurement decisions remain the sole responsibility of the customer organization.
5. Termination
Customer organizations may terminate their subscription with 30 days notice. Upon termination, all organizational data will be purged from our active systems within 90 days, following a final data export period provided to the customer.
